Dear Luis and Mary,
I can not express in words how grateful and touched my family is that you provided such compassionate care for my dog Lucy. Lucy was a puppy found in a dumpster malnourished and close to death when I fell madly in love with her. She has been a part of my family for 9 years. It was so sad when we noticed a decline in Lucy's mobility. The decision to have her ACL repair was very difficult because of the recovery process and the severity of her arthritis.
